Through Yoga Nidra—”yogic sleep”—you’ll be guided into conscious rest so profound that 45 minutes feels like 3 hours of deep sleep.

What Happens When You Finally Rest
Week 1-2: The Resting Phase Mental chatter settles. Sleep comes easier. Exhaustion releases as your nervous system finds sanctuary and anxiety loosens its grip.
Week 3-4: The Release Phase Deep tension you didn’t know you carried begins to dissolve. Your body remembers how to heal as stored patterns and blockages flow out of your system.

Your Sacred Community
Every Tuesday at 1:00 PM Eastern, we gather on Zoom for 75 minutes to witness and support each other’s journeys. At the beginning of each session, we will spend 30 minutes in a LIVE Yoga Nidra practice.
Although we recommend attending live, it is optional and many participants prefer to listen to the recordings.
